Our Gemini team has successfully identified and secured thousands of acres of land for renewable energy projects. This land was negotiated for projects that include, but are not limited to, 8,000 MW’s of utility scale solar, distributed generation solar, various energy storage sites, collection/row easements, sub-station locations, wind, and rooftop solar, in both the urban and rural demographic areas of our nation. 
 
There is an increased requirement to devise a plan to balance all energy technologies, and Gemini Consulting has been at the forefront. Founders
John Ahearn is well established in the energy industry and has two decades of vast in-depth industry knowledge pertaining to oil & gas, pipeline rights of way, transmission, solar, wind, and energy storage. It is this experience that enables John to deliver his clients the expertise needed for greenfield development opportunities, project and field management skills, lead lease acquisition; title; due diligence teams, negotiations, and strategic acquisition approaches.
 
John has supervised projects across the United States and has a proven success record, due to his hard work and dedication. John has exceled in building business relationships by providing both opportunity and growth in this everchanging environment.  In this highly competitive field, it is imperative for clients and stakeholders alike to have a Consulting agent with a Real Estate background who is well versed in all facets of today’s Land Service Industry constraints. John believes in the importance of balancing good land stewardship while continuing to focus on the need for the country’s ever-growing substantiable energy requirements.

Edward is an energy industry professional and co-founder of Gemini Consulting Associates with 15 years of experience involving the abstracting, reviewing, negotiating, acquisition and asset management of land throughout the country. Edward is an expert in prospecting, designing and implementing land acquisition strategies within the energy sector. Edward maintains the proficient expertise with the knowledge and understanding of theories and concepts related to surface/sub-surface title, intricate heirship/mineral title, land, oil and gas leasing, pipeline transportation and renewable energy technologies.

​Throughout his career, Edward is accountable for the acquisition of over 15,000 acres within the renewable energy industry.  He has a proven track record of working exclusively with developers, engineers, environmental teams, landowners, communities and governmental authorities from preliminary design through the development of various energy projects with successful outcomes. Edward holds specialized knowledge as well as project-specific experience with the Public Utility Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, New York State Article 10 and Article VII application processes and requirements.  Edward stands personally committed to the growth of the industry and he retains a particular investment in the understanding of current trends, while always seeking ways to discover more to benefit the future of the industry as a whole.
